Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your generated tribute. If you are not satisfied with the output, we are committed to making it right in accordance with the terms set out below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund — Within 14 Days.

If you are not satisfied with the generated tribute for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked. TributeWords reviews requests and, if approved, submits the refund initiation through Paddle.

After 14 Days.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of the generated content, refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

Paddle Merchant of Record.

All payment transactions and billing are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The final processing of all refunds is handled by Paddle and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Partial Use.

Reviewing or editing your generated content does not waive your right to request a refund within the 14-day window.

Abuse and Misuse.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to involve abuse of this policy, repeated requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at tributewords@wordsbywtm.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Your email must include:

1. The email address used at checkout; and
2. The order number provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email.

We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank and Paddle's processing schedule.
